All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5pm EST, will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Supplier efficiency: Some suppliers may ship within 24 hours, while others may take longer.
  • Product availability: If an item is in stock, it typically ships faster. Backordered items may extend processing times.
  • Time of year: Peak seasons (holidays, sales events) can lead to longer processing times.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Domestic Suppliers (U.S.-based):

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
    • Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Often available for some suppliers, depending on the distance

Factors affecting shipping times:

  • Supplier location: U.S.-based suppliers typically offer faster shipping compared to overseas suppliers.
  • Shipping method: Expedited shipping will be faster but more expensive.
  • Carrier: Some carriers may offer quicker delivery options, like FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processes.

3. Order Tracking

  1. Shipping Confirmation: Once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email with in 24-48 hours after shipping.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at gspottees@outlook.com within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Address Errors

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
